To succeed in online courses, it’s essential to have a device that meets the basic system requirements for Colorado Online (D2L).

If your device doesn’t meet the system requirements for Colorado Online (D2L), check with your home college about laptop loan programs, or consider public library programs in your area.

Video Assignment Tutorials

If you need to create videos for class assignments, here are some resources to help you with YuJa.

Accessibility Accommodations

If you need accessibility accommodations as an online learner, it’s important to begin the process early. Contact your home college to request accommodations as soon as you enroll, as it may take time to determine how best to support your needs.

Alternative Course Materials

For course materials in alternative formats, Colorado Online uses Panorama, a tool that can convert materials for accessibility.

Access YuJa Panorama

For questions, visit your home college’s student services page to find the appropriate contact for accessibility accommodations.

Complaints and Grievances

If you have a concern regarding an online instructor, your first step should be to contact the instructor directly.

If the issue remains unresolved, or if your concern involves harassment, discrimination, or bias, contact the Online Success Liaisons at studentsuccess@cccs.edu. They can guide you through the complaint process and help you file a grievance if necessary.

If you’re unsure whether your concern qualifies as a grievance, reach out to the liaisons for further assistance.
